There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues. “Beautiful resort hotel in Napa Valley. Rooms are new, clean and inviting! Common areas of the hotel smell fresh and scented. Restaurant breakfast staff very accommodating. Would live to return to this resort for another stay!”

“Used to be our favorite, back in the slightly finkier past. Now, no soap in the shower, no handrail in the shower (code violation?), no hair dryer, nice drip over coffee, but nothing to heat the water with, no clean towels at the pool until we complained, etc. Used to be free snacks every day. Alas, no more. Dirty sitting at the pool. For the prices now charged, management needs to get their act together.”

“Everyone is helpful and goes beyond to make sure your stay is optimal. They have loaner cars and bikes on site, drinks upon arrival and the dress for dinner ranges from flip flops or workout clothes to dressy. The spa is top notch, you really don’t need to consider trying a different location.”
